"I was struggling with how to be engaged in the conversation around implicit bias, prejudice, and privilege in a way that would support positive movement forward for people in our organization.
The Kemy guide you through it openly, respectfully, and with gentleness so the conversation becomes accessible and relevant for your organization."

- Nanea Reeves : CEO, Co-Founder at TRIPP, Inc.
He holds a Master’s in Brain-based Teaching and Learning, as well as an Education Specialist Degree in Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.
Over the past two decades, Kemy has served in several leadership roles in organizations small and large including working with multiple Nobel Peace Laureates to inspire social change initiatives in over 40 countries.
Fun fact: In 2012, he also led a 22,000 mile Kindness Tour across North America, which taught him the power of human connection to overcome our country’s divisions.
In a time where people feel so disconnected and unsafe, he’s able to create virtual brave spaces where people have real conversations that build trust, foster true inclusion, and create new sustainable solutions. He also uses a combination of music, stories, and group exercises to create highly engaging, uplifting experiences!
Lisa Sulenes, Head of Operations, Pilea
"After the event, I had folks in my community want to speak to me intimately about what they learned in the session and what came up afterwards. People in my team spoke up about things we had never talked about. This event meant deeper human connection for us, our clients, and all of our community members.
This is not just a one-time, exciting, feel-good event. This is an exploration you’ll want to continue.”
- Noel Pacarro Brown, Morgan Stanley
