As you grow, we provide your staff, managers, and executives with a pathway to deepen their DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging) practice, strengthen necessary skills, and lead a culture of equity in your organization.
DEIB Trainings start at $7,500 per half-day training.
Virtual training sessions make recordings available to all team members for 14 days following the training.
Virtual trainings have 90-minute versions with optional private one-on-one leadership practice sessions with our coaches.
What's Included in a single DEIB Training
We invite attendees to complete a brief safety, trust, and skills assessment a few weeks prior to the training to glean helpful insights that inform what's taught in your training and how it needs to be structured to best respect everyone's time mitigate psychological harm.
We support you in sharing communications about your upcoming training including copy/paste versions of the exact messages to send out to your teams via email, Slack, or... whatever you use.
When we arrange your training date(s), we'll also pre-schedule a debrief within seven (7) business days for each training. During the debrief, we'll review insights and anonymous participant feedback from the training. If you have multiple trainings with us as part of your Learning and Development Plan, these sessions can provide a valuable window into which culture and skill gaps need to be addressed next.
